Based on your company’s set-up and needs, including office size, number of locations, calling patterns and data/internet usage, JTC Communications will be able to recommend the best system and service plan to meet your needs. We then order the circuits for you and babysit the installation. The only thing you do is continue to run your business at optimum levels.


MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

The most commonly asked client question about maintenance agreements is "why do I need one?" The answer is simple: guaranteed response time. A maintenance agreement contractually obligates us to be onsite within four hours of a major outage.


Of course, the maintenance agreement also covers the cost of replacing the system, but to most clients, this is just an added bonus. In the information-driven world in which we live, any downtime can be devastating.

Some clients opt out of maintenance agreements to save themselves the cost. That’s fine: we’ll always make our best effort to respond to any emergency.
